Pool and breakfast available
Right on a busy road
Staff was very short with questions asked.
It is a grungy little establishment.
Older but cleaner than expected. Close to Wenatchee Marathon start and finish which was very convenient.
Checkout at 11:00 - $20.00 extra to extend to noon, with "no exceptions" for a later checkout. Total disregard for what we needed. Desk staff would benefit from customer relationship training. We won't be back.
It was close to downtown & easy to find nice restaurants within walking distance.
The place was very old, but at the same time clean. If you're looking for a cheap place to just crash & go...it's perfect, but if you're looking for comfort & surroundings it's a bit rundown & I'd look elsewhere.
Nothing worked , heater , locks on door nothing
The front desk young lady is a treasure to this place. Very helpful, kind,& knew her job well.
Toilet paper of "green" type.may be good for plumbing but to soggy means you need lots!:(
Reasonable price for king size bed
One of the three rooms had an odour. So we switched the room.
A little confusing to get around the area to reach the hotel
Employees Rooms Parking Location
Nothing. Don't waste your time or money. Spend $25 more and get a room much nicer within 5 minutes of this very location.
The building is run down And in need of updates all around. When checking in we waited 10 minutes in the so called lobby and no one was there so we had to call the very place I was standing in to get someone to come help us and the other person waiting the staff was there in 30 seconds after I called. The rooms are from the 70's at best and the linen was cheap and uncomfortable yet I managed to get my mind wrapped around the fact I was only just sleeping there. I would be affraid of shining a black light in this room. The toilet seat was stained and nasty (a 5 minute and $20 fix) and there was mildew in the grout on the walls in the shower and the shower door was tarnished and pitted. then check out, I stood in the again "so called lobby" waiting for another 10 minutes for someone to show up and check us out so out came my phone and I called again. When the phone was answered I informed them I would like to check out and his reply was " ok, what room" I told him and he said " you're good to go" no one came out to take my room key or anything. I CHECKED OUT OVER MY CELL PHONE IN THEIR LOBBY. If I could have gotten my money back I would have gladly spent 3 times more anywhere in Wenatchee. Stay away, far away. It's not worth your time or hard earned money. I know the slightly better price is intriguing but don't you'll regret it. I don't know how it got a 2.5 rating but it deserves a zero rating at best.
The only up side is convenient to our family.
We had requested early check in (1 pm) due to an early afternoon family event at 2:30 pm, AND on the first floor only, as 90 year old mom traveling with me. We were refused early check in-the room wasn't ready, and the room they did assign us was on the the 2nd floor! They had given our room to some "old people, who checked in before you." so had to attend our family event in travel clothes, in 95 degree heat-would have been nice if someone had hurried the maid service, so we could clean up before our event. If I have a reservation with specific requests, that should NOT have been given to someone else. No offer of quick room clean, or any compensation for the inconvenience at all. Finally checked in at 8 pm. The room needed a major clean-the upper rounded tile edge in the shower was filthy, bedspread stained, something liquid had been splashed on the room walls. Bed hard as a rock. The website said it had a pool- but it was closed-not sure why on a hot day. If it hadn't been Apple Blossom week-end with nothing else available in town, we would have demanded our money back. I had also booked thru Booked.net, and on the website the rate the day before we checked in was $ 25.00 lower than the original rate in the booking, and the hotel staff wouldn't honor it. The breakfast was nothing but carbs, no fruit of any kind, yet had been told there was. Not impressed.
The beds were great and there was a comfortable chair with an ottoman in the room
